Welcome! I My name is Dikla, I am the founder of SPEAK and I’m so happy that you’re here!
I am a Storytelling & Communication Skills Coach and Workshop Facilitator and have been supporting individuals and companies worldwide, for more than a decade.

In essence, I help people tell their stories, so that they can achieve better results and create an impact.

Have you ever asked yourself: “What makes me special?” or-“What am I here for?”

These questions always made me curious and I went on a journey to explore what they meant for me. What I found was, that rather than understanding what makes me special, I fell in love with what is special in others. I fell in love with people.

The more I listened, I began to have a greater understanding of the magic that happens when we share our real-raw selves and the impact of our life stories.

I realized that – It is how we SPEAK that leaves a mark and so,
I decided to act on it and SPEAK up!

I spoke at the United Nations, in the High-Level Forum for Peace.

I Represented Israel in the U.S. Department of State’s Social Entrepreneurship Program.

I worked as a Personal Assistant for the Former Prime Minister.

I raised donations and participated in humanitarian missions in Africa and the Middle East.

I served as a senior Trainer and Interpersonal Communication Coach.

Over the years, I discovered that essentially, there is a brilliant mechanism that actually works – that our words have the power to create change. I realized that this “magic” can and should be passed on.

When this epiphany struck, I decided that this is what I want to do —to help people and organizations deliver their brilliant ideas confidently and charismatically. And this magical mastery is called – Storytelling.

More formally: I hold a master’s degree in Management and Organizational Consulting, from Tel Aviv University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Government, Diplomacy and Strategy, from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya, a Certificate in Community Leadership, from George Mason University in Washington, D.C., and a Certified Mentor certificate, from the U.S. State Department.
